The Austin Stone Institute is a church-based training system built to develop those called to lead in the home, church, city and world. 

        I will specifically be pursuing a residency in Live Audio. The Live Audio Residency exists to develop aspiring audio engineers into leaders in the professional field as well as in their churches. Through comprehensive technical and theological training, I will learn to pursue my trade with excellence while living missionally. 

        This residency incorporates skill, servant leadership, and complex problem solving to help grow the individual as a whole.

        In addition to participating with the Men’s and Women’s Development Program , I will participate in the two semester-long Audio Engineer Development Program, which will provide a thorough and comprehensive knowledge base ranging from theory to practical hands-on training. 

        Through discipleship/mentorship under professional audio engineers, I will develop my skill-set with hands-on training with some of the most cutting-edge technology in the industry.
